Chelsea spent her childhood in Thomasville, NC, but nowadays she calls Pilot Mountain, NC home. She attended the University of North Carolina – Greensboro and studied communication sciences and disorders (CSD) with a focus in audiology and minored in American Sign Language (ASL). She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in sciences, graduating cum laude.

As a hearing aid specialist, Chelsea often finds herself wearing many hats throughout the day. Her responsibilities include conducting hearing tests, fitting hearing aids, repairing hearing aids, reprograming hearing aids, wax removal, checking in devices, and making impressions of ear canals.

Chelsea considers the Aim Hearing & Audiology Services team a close-knit family and she appreciates the autonomy she has as a provider when deciding which treatment options are best for her patients.

Having joined the team in July 2015 fresh out of college, she credits Aim Hearing for everything she has learned since then that enabled her to grow into the provider she is today.

When Chelsea isn’t working, she likes to embrace the outdoors as much as she can. She loves going with her husband (Jayson) and their dogs (Boone and Kylie) on trial rides around their land and hiking Pilot Mountain. Chelsea also enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and hunting and fishing with her husband.
