Elizabeth is a Greensboro, NC native and for many of our patients, she is the first contact they have with Aim Hearing & Audiology Services.

As a patient care coordinator, Elizabeth answers telephone calls from people who need help with their hearing. Inquiries can vary, from booking someone’s first appointment to calming a seasoned patient who has lost their hearing aid, so she is always ready to take action and provide the best solutions.

Elizabeth’s favorite thing about working at Aim Hearing is our patients. She finds that everyone is so sweet and humble, and she likes how they love to interact with the front office team. Although many patients have a good relationship with the providers because of the all-round hearing care they provide, they are also truly grateful to the front office team for connecting them to a provider.

Acknowledging that she has come a long way since starting at Aim Hearing, Elizabeth is thankful for the wonderful growth opportunities she’s had and for Dr. Shannon’s willingness to give her a chance to be part of the team, which can only be described as an extended family. She likes how everyone is helpful, always cheerful, and that they sincerely care about each other’s lives.

A standout moment for Elizabeth is whenever a patient has a hearing aid that is not working and she is able to clean the aid and change the wax guard for them. It makes her so happy when she sees their face light up once their hearing aid is working again.

Outside of the office, Elizabeth loves to spend time with her family – something she strongly values – particularly her nephew who she says is the light of her life. Elizabeth currently lives with her mom, and her sister and her family live nearby. After her dad passed away nearly 12 years ago, both sides of the family have grown extremely close and she cherishes their time together.
