Olivia grew up in Greensboro, NC, and attended UNC Chapel Hill for her undergraduate studies, where she majored in psychology and minored in speech and hearing sciences.
As our patient care coordinator at Aim Hearing & Audiology Services, Olivia’s daily responsibilities include checking patients in and out, responding to voicemails, and learning various other tasks along with the flow of the office. She shares that she enjoys getting to know everyone and witnessing how every member of the team strives to ensure that patients have the best experience possible.
One success story that especially stands out for Olivia was when a patient came in to get her hearing aids repaired. As the patient was checking out, she looked shocked and asked Olivia if the TV’s sound at the front desk was on when she arrived. Olivia confirmed that it was on, and the patient was so happy because she couldn’t hear it when she was checking in just a few moments earlier.
Outside of the office, Olivia loves traveling, running, and spending time with her family and friends.
