In February 2022, my team and I wanted to show some love to our favorite local businesses and organizations. We hand delivered a thank you card and a tin of cookies to express our gratitude for the challenges these small independent businesses faced in 2020 and 2021.
The following year, in January 2023, we decided to do something a little different. We sent an email to our patients and asked them to nominate a local business or organization that they loved visiting and felt deserved recognition.
We were overwhelmed by the response. Over 30 different businesses and organizations from the Piedmont Triad area were nominated, and in early February, we visited each and every one of them.
We presented them with a scrumptious tin of cookies and a certificate recognizing them as one of the most beloved local businesses by the Aim Hearing & Audiology family.
It was a heartwarming experience, filled with smiles, a few tears, and the joy of delivering recognition and love to those who truly deserve it.
