Cecily is our Patient Care Coordinator and a key point of support for patients throughout their care journey. She works behind the scenes to schedule appointments, coordinate with providers, manage referrals and insurance authorizations, and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
With a background in customer service and administrative support, Cecily brings strong organisation skills and a calm, caring approach to her role. She genuinely enjoys helping patients, answering questions, and making the process feel clear, timely, and as stress-free as possible.
Outside of work, Cecily loves spending time with family and friends, relaxing, and doing activities that help her recharge. Her friendly nature and dedication to patient care help create a welcoming and supportive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
