Patient Care Coordinator
Jessica is a Patient Care Coordinator who helps keep each patient’s visit running smoothly from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. Her day includes scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, managing patient records, and assisting with checkout - all while making sure patients feel comfortable and well cared for. You may also be lucky enough to enjoy one of the homemade cookies she bakes to help brighten patients’ days.
Jessica loves meeting new people and learning more about hearing aids, and she finds joy in the small touches that make a big difference in a patient’s experience. She holds a degree in Medical Billing and Coding, which supports her attention to detail and helps ensure care is both organised and stress-free.
Outside of the clinic, Jessica enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends and making new memories. Her warm personality and thoughtful approach help create a welcoming environment for everyone who visits the practice.
