As we approach the holiday season, we find ourselves reflecting on what matters most: the incredible community we serve and the relationships we've built along the way.
Expressing gratitude isn't just a seasonal activity; it's a year-round commitment. That's why we're thrilled to share highlights from our 2025 Annual Patient Appreciation Pumpkin Pie Event!
A Tradition Worth Keeping
For another year, we welcomed patients, families, and furry friends to join us for an afternoon of warmth, connection, and of course, delicious pumpkin pie.
This annual tradition has become something we all look forward to, as it’s a chance to step away from the clinical setting and simply enjoy each other's company in a relaxed, festive atmosphere.
An Afternoon Full of Joy
The turnout this year was absolutely wonderful! Patients arrived throughout the day to pick up their pies, and many stayed to enjoy the festivities we had planned.
Our colorful balloon arch set the perfect backdrop for photos, while the autumn decorations created that cozy seasonal feeling we all love.
We set up outdoor seating areas where patients could gather with friends and neighbors they've met through our practice over the years.
It's always heartwarming to see the connections that form in our waiting room extend beyond our walls!
Games, Laughter, and S'mores
The cornhole boards and games were a huge hit once again! We loved watching the friendly competition unfold, as some of you have definitely been practicing since last year.
The check-in table stayed busy with volunteers greeting familiar faces and welcoming new patients to their first pumpkin pie event.
And let's not forget the s'mores station! Whether you prefer your marshmallows lightly toasted or completely charred, everyone found their perfect roast. Many of you shared that it had been years since you'd made s'mores, and we were honored to be part of rekindling that simple joy.
Four-Legged Friends Welcome
One of our favorite additions to this year's event was seeing so many of you bring your beloved pets!
From the adorable pup in the blue bandana who posed for photos to the therapy dogs who brought smiles to everyone they met, our four-legged visitors added an extra layer of joy to the celebration.
There's something special about a community event where everyone, two-legged and four-legged alike, feels welcome.
The Harvest: Pies by the Dozen
Looking at the tables piled high with pumpkin pies ready for pickup, we couldn't help but smile. Each pie represented our appreciation for your trust in us with your hearing health.
We hope you enjoyed every slice, whether you savored it immediately (we heard several of you confess to digging in right away!) or saved it to share with family.

While the pumpkin pies are delicious, this event is really about something much deeper: our gratitude for you.
