Face Masks are Required
In line with the latest guidelines, all patients must wear a mask for appointments to protect themselves, our team and other patients.
Check Your Symptoms
If you have been diagnosed with covid-19, been in contact with anybody diagnosed or have had a fever, cough, shortness of breath or muscle aches in the past 7 days, then please reschedule your appointment.
Our Office Is Being Disinfected Between Patients
Our sanitation protocols have been heightened to thoroughly disinfect the office between each patient
We Follow the Latest Guidelines
With the safety guidelines of North Carolina regularly changing, we follow the latest protocols at all times.
We Wear Masks and Gloves to See You
To keep you safe, our team wear a face mask and gloves for every appointment, but don’t worry, we have clear face masks to ensure that communication is as simple as ever.
Social Distance Measures
Our waiting room has been spaced out so you socially distance from other patients at all times.
Separate Rooms
We have 2 sound booths to separate new patients and several adjustment rooms with all service appointment
Curbside & Teleaudiology Appointments Available
With all patient’s level of comfort slightly different during this time, we meet patients where they are comfortable with convenient low-contact curbside appointments and online teleaudiology appointments for those that do not wish to travel.
